Yes folks, after thousands of dollars of repair work, I finally decided to face the obvious: my car was a money-pit. My transmission started going and was about to cost me another $2000.00, so I finally bit the bullet and let him go. (And he wasn't even paid off yet. Boo.) Once he's sold, I'll have to come up with the difference (which shouldn't be much) and poor old Rupert's history with me will be complete. (I cried - I won't lie)

In an ironic, but poetic twist of fate, I was also laid off from my second job on the exact same day I turned him back in. No problemo though: the only reason I HAD the second job was to pay for the car, and the only reason I had the car was to get to the second job... So I guess it all works out in the end. Lol.

Surgery on the 13th of this month, so hopefully I'll get some snazzy new artwork up. I'll be down for the count for a couple weeks.
